We will only consider applications using our standard forms and submitted online. Please select the correct form for your organisation and ensure that you click on the 'save progress' button to save the work you have done or come back to it at a later stage. After completing the form you will have opportunity to review your answers before submitting and can also print a copy for your records.
If you are a member of a club or organisation where the majority of members are over 65 and wish to register for our party, trip or theatre schemes, please complete this application.

Charities and community interest companies
Please complete this form. You will need information about your organisation, your project or activity, your beneficiaries, your safeguarding policy and your published accounts from your last financial year and if more than 15 months ago, your accounts for this full financial year.
Schools
We are reviewing our Educational policy and are not currently accepting applications from Schools or educational providers.
