Application forms

We will only consider applications using our standard forms and submitted online. Please select the correct form for your organisation and ensure that you click on the 'save progress' button to save the work you have done or come back to it at a later stage. After completing the form, when you 'submit' you will have opportunity to review, edit and print a copy of your application before 'confirming' that it is ready to submit. You will receive an automated email to acknowledge receipt.​

If you are a member of a club or organisation where the majority of members are over 65 and wish to register for our party, trip or theatre schemes, please complete this application.​

Charities and community interest companies 

Please complete this form. You will need information about your organisation, your project or activity, your beneficiaries, your safeguarding policy and your published accounts from your last financial year and if more than 15 months ago, your accounts for this full financial year.

Schools

Our primary school capital grant scheme is now closed. We will let schools know the outcome of their applications from the 12th May onwards.

Community and voluntary non-profit organisations

Please complete this form. You will need information about your constitution, your members, your activity, most recent financial statements, safeguarding policy and cash balance.
