St Werburghs City Farm is a social environmental charity and community hub in inner-city Bristol. They use their unique nature sites as a launchpad for community projects that target people experiencing marginalisation, deprivation, and mental ill-health.

 

The Foundation has awarded a grant towards their core costs which includes supporting participants referred by partner charities, social workers or the NHS due to issues with a systemic root, such as mental health crisis, financial insecurity, and isolation.

Each year, the community projects impact around 9,300 participants, and the free-to-enter urban farm welcomes over 60,000 visitors.
