Hillfields Community Garden

Hillfields Community Garden is a grassroots, community-led charitable organisation based in Hillfields, East Bristol. The Charity has recently taken on the management of the Hillfields Park Community Centre which had been closed for eighteen months.

The Foundation has awarded a grant that will go towards the running costs of this vital space which supports communities in this disadvantaged area of Bristol.

The aim is for it to be a place where residents can not only access essential services and support, but also participate in enriching activities that promote learning, creativity, and
well-being. Ultimately, the vision is for the Hillfields Park Community Centre to serve as a catalyst for positive social change, fostering connections, resilience, and a sense of pride in their diverse and vibrant community.
